Moving to XML is a common strategy for companies to increase content reuse and avoid the costs of proprietary formats. However, most commercial XML solutions are large and prohibitively expensive. Our vision was to create a simple, scalable solution that can meet today’s multilingual communication needs. Our resulting modular XML solution provides an easy and efficient multilingual content creation and publishing environment that supports a variety of set-ups and can be tailored to specific needs. It can be used internally by our technical writers to create and publish content in XML, or it can be fully deployed to customers who have their own content creation teams, or anything in between.
